Spiritual retreat-2015 and our New Web Site

6-8-2015 is my birthday as per Hindu calender.So we planned a spiritual retreat on 6th and 7th at Guntur.About 20 members of 'Panchawati group' from far off places like Chennai,Bangalore,Hyderabad,Anantapur,Vizianagaram,Armoor and also from Vijayawada,who are close to me and who can sync with my ideology easily have attended this retreat.

First day began with a simple Puja. From 9 AM I started explaining the esoteric meaning of Adi Sankara's 'Dakshinamurty Stotram' stanza by stanza.This went on upto 1 PM.

This wonderful hymn to the Universal Supreme Guru,Lord Siva in Dakshinamurty form is the essence of Advaita Philosophy.Though it is a hymn of 10 slokas,it contains the whole Non-dual philosophy in those 10 stanzas.It is such a wonderful work and we wonder how Adi Sankara could summarize his whole philosophy into those 10 short slokas beautifully.

The first sloka commences by saying that the entire universe is dependent on the first cognition of your 'I ness' and ends with the 9th sloka which says the entire universe with its Eight movable and immovable entities is totally permeated with Lord Siva.

This seminal work,though short in form,is pregnant with a wonderfully grand truth which explains the philosophy of Advaita in such a beautiful brevity.

After lunch, we had a lively discussion on Astrology. I explained to them my method of Astro analysis, practically demonstrating with the help of many Astro charts.This session was so lively with jokes and laughter and went on till 5 PM.

Meanwhile, around 3.30 PM,during Sun Hora,we launched our new web site "Ma Panchawati.org". Our members Raju Sykam and Yogeshwer worked hard for the past few months to make this site a reality.

After dusk, we all meditated on the terrace for an hour or so in darkness, had a lively chatting session during dinner and went to bed.

I wanted to take the members to some place on the second day and searched for places.Jillellamudi, where Universal Mother is ever present with overflowing love came to my mind instantly and I decided to go to Jillellamudi village on the second day.

Next day, we all got up early, by 4 AM, and practiced Yogasanas from 5 to 6.30.The weather was cloudy and it was drizzling,yet the group enjoyed doing Yoga on terrace.Around 8 AM we started in three cars to Jillellamudi Village and reached there by 10.30.

The whole day was spent in the elevating presence of Sister Vasundhara who spent most of her life with Amma and served her during her last days, 30 years ago.Sister's aura is so pure and elevating that all our minds automatically became silent and we all enjoyed with rapt attention her words describing her memories with Amma. Every one of us felt blessed to be in Sister's presence.

We left Jillellamudi around 5 PM and reached Guntur by 8 PM.All the members left to their towns by night trains/buses and reached their places this morning safely.

These two days were totally spent in spiritual thoughts and meditations without any worldly thoughts.The members got an opportunity to delve deep into true spirituality and divinity.

Above all, a kind of family bond has developed among the members and they became spiritually connected to each other.We all had a very nice time laughing,joking and spending the time merrily.

'Some one at Jillellamudi commented - "We see many persons and groups coming here but rarely do we come across a lovely and disciplined group like yours'- which made me very happy.

One of the members of Vishva Janani Parshad said -' we have read your book 'Sri Vidya Rahasyam' and enjoyed it very well.

'I know nothing.Mother made me write it and the book came into being.I am ignorant.' I replied.

'Mother materialized that book not for you, but for us.' she said.

Knowing that it is my birthday, they honored me with new cloths and gave us a good lunch.All this made me feel that it is Mother who is blessing me this way, on my birthday.I felt overjoyed.

The spiritual retreat went on very well and I hope all the members had very good spiritual experiences during these two days.

Abdul Kalam Astro chart

There is no second thought in saying that Abdul Kalam's was a unique personality.The values he stood for in his life,his broad inter-religious faith,his varied interests in fine arts,his vast religious erudition,his universal approach cutting across the barriers of countries and cultures - all this is well known to the world.I dont want to repeat all that again now.

Let me have a brief look at his chart to identify the planetary yogas that gave him such eminence.

He was born on 15-10-1931 at Rameswaram, Tamil Nadu.There are different views on his exact birth time.We have two timeslots available.One is 11.30 and the other is 13.30.So I am not going into rectification of his birth time, but will have a bird's eye view of his chart.

Jupiter exalted in a chart is always a very good yoga.This gave him friends from traditional but liberal Brahmin families in his childhood.He himself said many times that he learnt many things from this association.

Let us assume the Lagna to be correct as the chart is cast for 11.30 hours using Lahiri Ayanamsa.

Budhaditya Yoga in 10th gave him eminence in Education and conferred him with talents in music and literary activity.Third Lord Saturn in Lagna gave him industriousness,research oriented outlook and tenacity of purpose.

Aspect of Jupiter on Sun and Mercury gave him success in all the areas indicated by Budhaditya Yoga.The same Jupiter's look on the fallen Moon (with Neecha Bhanga Raja Yoga) gave him spiritual tendencies with lots of inter-religious knowledge.People say that being a Muslim he could remember Bhagavad Gita from cover to cover and quote its slokas at random.

With this brief analysis, let me now have a look at the relation between the transit and natal planets.

>>Transit Saturn is passing on Natal Moon now.We know that Saturn is an inhibitor and Moon indicates blood circulation.When blood flow is obstructed from reaching the heart due to any reason,it results in heart attack and death ensues.I think this is the cause of his sudden death.

Anyway, dying on an auspicious day like Sukla Ekadasi shows that he is a pious soul.

Let us pray for his soul to rest in peace.

Do Yoga and live a happy life

There are many gifts that India gave to the world.Among them all, YOGA is undoubtedly the highest gift.

YOGA is one of the six systems of Indian Philosophy,the other five being - Nyaya,Vaiseshika,Saamkhya,Purva Mimamsa and Uttara Mimamsa.

These six paths are the highways to God realization.

They contain discussions and the truths about the following four subtle subjects,namely--

1.Brahman or the Supreme Being.
In common parlance we call this Being as God.

2.Jiva or the individual soul that every living being contains.

3.Jagat or the world around us.

4.Liberation or Moksha or Mukti

The six systems of Indian Philosophy are abundant in truths about God,individual soul,the world around us and how liberation is achieved and the pathways to liberation.

Among the six systems, Yoga system gives immediate results as opposed to those gained by the other five which the soul achieves after leaving the body.Except Yoga system the other five contains rituals and knowledge portions whereas Yoga system teaches practical methods to liberate us from all kinds of bondages while living.

Among the many Yoga systems available in India,the Raja Yoga propounded by Sage Patanjali is considered as the most systematic one,though other systems also do exist,on equal footing.

Asanas that we practice nowadays are not the essence of real Yoga,but a very basic part of it.They exist at the 3rd step of Astanga Yoga.

Asanas,Pranayama,Mudras and Kriyas are parts of Hatha yoga. By practicing these methods,man can live a hundred years happily and healthily.

The whole world is doing Yoga now.But in India,a few sections are opposing Yoga on the ground that it is contrary to their religious beliefs.It is pure ignorance to oppose Yoga.Yoga is not inimical to any religion.In fact, it is the highest and most practical religion gifted to mankind by God.

Some people are reluctant to chant 'Aum' on the same religious reasons.Aum is found by the science to be the sound vibration of Sun.It is the eternal humming sound resonating through the Universe.

Sage Patanjali says in his Yoga Sutras(1:27) -- "Tasya Vaachaka Pranavaha"-- meaning thereby--God's name is Aum.

God is called by various names in various religions.All these names are man made names.The true name,the true sound that represents God is --Aum.It is not man made.It is the Universal sound vibration resonating throughout the creation eternally.The Vedas called this sound as Shabda Brahman (God in sound form).

This sound vibration is being released from Sun continuously.This energy of Sun is sustaining our Earth and its living beings.So,chanting Aum sound connects you to the Supreme God behind this creation.By chanting this sound,man can effortlessly connect himself to the Supreme Godhead.

Chanting of Aum sound repels bad spirits.They cannot tolerate this sound as it is the name of eternal God.So if a man hates the sound of Aum,it shows that he is under the control of evil spirits who hate the Lord's name.

Let us keep Aum aside for a while.

What is the fault of Asanas and Pranayama? They only improve your health and happy state of mind.Why should we not do them? They enrich your body,mind and spirit.Their health benefits are accepted by modern medical science.Yoga is being done in all the countries worldwide.Why cant certain sections in India accept them?

The science of Yoga is the greatest gift of God to mankind.If one can understand the whole science of Yoga,it could be excellent.But if one finds it too difficult,atleast a simple daily schedule of basic Asanas and Pranayama will keep him hale and healthy throughout his life.

The official recognition from UNO  is overdue.This should have been done 60 years ago when India got independence.The pseudo secular leaders could not project our treasure of Yoga properly on the international platform all these years.Thanks to our PM Sri Narendra Modi,atleast now, the much awaited thing has happened and Yoga got its rightful place in the international stage.

This is something which every Indian should feel proud of.

Tomorrow is the day of celebration for India and its citizens.Tomorrow is the 'International Day of Yoga.

Start the practice of Yoga tomorrow and continue to do it as long as you live.

Live happily,healthily and wisely.

Long live the movement of YOGA.

Let us celebrate tomorrow on a grand scale by practicing Yoga and continue to do it as long as we live.

Tara Stotram Book release

'Tara Stotram' is the second book that is going to be released from our publications wing-'Panchawati Publications'.The release of this book is slated to be in June-2015.Soon after that,it will be available online at 'pustakam.org'.

Mother Tara is one of the Dasa Mahavidyas (The Ten great goddesses).This book contains 27 Sanskrit Slokas and 260 Telugu poems that came out spontaneously from my mouth,as a result of Mother's grace.The Slokas have been explained in 260 poems followed by lucid narration in Telugu language.

All the slokas and poems are embedded with esoteric secret Tantra sadhanas.I hope that this book,like its forerunner 'Sri Vidya Rahasyam',will win the hearts of all sincere spiritual aspirants and will become a beam of light for those who are trying to walk on the path of inner Tantra.

Miracles of Homoeopathy-A case of haunting???

More than 250 years after the Homoeopathic medical system was discovered,most of the world today remains ignorant of its true power,its holistic approach and its wide range.This is nothing but the power of global karma.I strongly believe that whoever is destined to become free of his disease 'gently,totally and permanently' as Dr.Samuel Hahnnemann had put it,would turn to Homoeopathic system of medicine.Others,would laugh at this system terming it as nothing but 'placebo effect'.This peculiar phenomenon has been observed over many years in many cases.

She gets up around 2.30 in the night,involuntarily,and hears the door bell ringing and rushes to open the door.Her father,when alive,used to come home very late everyday around 2.30 in the night after attending to his business deals and she used to open the door and attend on him,not to disturb her mother who used to be sleeping by then.Now,even after the death of her father,this girl hears the door bell everyday exactly at the same hour,opens the door and keeps talking to her invisible father for a few mintues and collapses on floor,to be carried by hand to the bed,unconscious.

Even during the day,she confines herself to a dark room,keeps talking to her father,weeps and stares into the sky.

Her family members became sure that she is going to land in a lunatic asylum very soon.

She developed a love affair with an known friend,shortly after her father's death(emotional instability and needs mental support) but broke it very soon.The boy,after a few months,tried to reconcile by approaching her again but she was stubborn and refused him outright(adamant thoughtless behavior).

None would believe this--as we never saw the patient,she never knew us,yet the cure happened-gently,simply,without side effects and with negligible expenses.

There was an old mutt called 'Rudraksha Mutt' beside the guest house where I stayed in Srisailam from 1st to 3rd May. Overall, there are five such ancient mutts over there.They are very old constructions and nobody resides in them now except a caretaker. In the past,many sadhakas of their respective paths used to reside there practicing sadhana of their tantra.

On Sunday the 3rd of May,as soon as the second initiation was over around 6 O clock in the morning,the wife of our caretaker Smt.Lakshmi advised us to visit Chinnamasta Temple in the Rudraksha Mutt.

We went there and worshipped Chinnamasta Devi with flowers and Bilva leaves.The idol of Chinnamasta was old but roughly sculpted without any finer artistic details.It appeared as if sculpted by some village artisan in a rough way.Usually,we find the cupid couple in the act of copulation under the feet of Chinnamasta Devi but here they are missing.

Another name of Chinnamasta Devi is Prachanda Chandika.She is the most fiercest form of Ma Kali.The terrible erotic form of this divine Devi hides behind her,a grand vidya(inner spiritual discipline and sadhana) which transforms the sexual energy of man/woman into spiritual power and arouses the sleeping Kundalini Shakti quickly.It is a very secret Tantra Vidya.

Ganapathi Muni the celebrated disciple of Ramana Maharshi and a great Sanskrit Poet prays to Chinnamasta Devi in his 'Prachanda Chandika Trishathi',thus--

'अमित विक्रमे जयजयाम्बिके 

परशु धारिणी जननि रेणुके

विनत पालिके धरणि कालिके 

जानपति द्विषो जननि पाहिमाम् '

He says that Mother Chinnamasta is none other than Renuka,the celebrated Mother of Lord Parashurama.

'चंड चण्डी तव पाणि पंकजे

यन्निजम लसति कृत मस्तकम्

देवि सूचयति चित्तनाशनम् 

तत्त्वेन्द्र हृदयाधि नायके'

In this Mantra he says-'by the symbol of you cutting your own head,you are indicating destruction of petty mind through Tantrik Samadhi'

'दीपति  विग्रह लताम् महाबलम् 

वह्निकील निभरक्ता कुंतलाम् 

संस्मरामि रतिमन्मधासनाम

देवताम् तरुण भास्करानानाम् 

He sees Her Divine form as seated on the power of lust symbolised by Rathi and Manmatha in copulation.

'पिण्डे कुण्डलिनी शक्ति: सैव ब्रह्मांड चालिका

 निद्राति जडदेहेषु योगि देहेषु खेलति

You are the Kundalini Shakti in human body.You are again the supreme power that runs the whole Universe.You are the inertia in the sleep of the slothful persons.Again you are the pure spiritual energy that permeates the bodies of accomplished Yogis.

'एषा वैरोचनी दुर्गा ज्वलंती तपसा परा '

'You are the fire of Yoga that rises in the yogis who do tapasya with steadfast devotion..'

On the way to this temple there is a Kali Vigraha under a tree.We came to know that it is a place they used to sacrifice animals in the past.Some body said,even now,they do animal sacrifice here once in a year or so.

The day we went there was the birthday of Chinnamasta Devi(Vaisakha Sukla Chaturdashi).Co-incidentally,we all met there on that day and prayed to Chinnamasta Mahavidya.As the tantra sadhana I do is directly linked to Chinnamasta Devi, I explained the inner meaning of her fierce form to my followers.

It all happened without any planning on our part,as if we were drawn to this temple by some unseen force.I always believe that there is no co-incidence in this world and everything happens for a purpose,though unseen, quite often.My belief is proved once again by this incident.
