On 11-5-2021 Tuesday, at 9. 20 AM, a horrible shooting incident happened in a school in Kazan, Russia in which 9 students died and 18 others received injuries. According to reports the suspect studied in that school and has been mentally unwell. Let me analyze the incident with the help of Indian Astrology.
It was a New Moon day known to incite mentally unsound people very much. That mentally ill people become irritated for no reason on Full Moon and New Moon days is a known fact all over the world. So, what is strange in a youth, who is mentally not sound and having a gun in his hands, to go berserk? In India, we have a popular saying 'It is a stone in the hands of a mad man', indicating power in brainless hands. A mad guy may throw the stone at anybody without any reason. In the west, this saying may have to be modified as 'It is a gun in the hands of a mad man' !
At the time of incident, 16th degree of Gemini was rising at Kazan, very close to Mars who is at 16th degree of the same sign. We all know that Mars indicates violence. The day was Tuesday ruled by Mars. Mars was aspecting Jupiter who was in Aquarius, with his trinal aspect. Most of the western Astrologers believe Aquarius to be the sign of Russia. There seems to be truth in this supposition.
Looking from Aquarius, which is the sign of Russia, the fourth house of education and schools, Taurus, has Rahu and Mercury in exact degree conjunction over the 17th degree, in the star Rohini ruled by Moon according to the Vimsottari Dasa System. Now Mercury rules over students, Moon rules children and Rah, accidents and cruel deaths. Very alarming combination !
The most dangerous planetary yoga happening at present in the sky is the 8th aspect of Mars on Saturn. This disastrous aspect of Mars, gets reflected by Saturn, through its trinal aspect onto the sign of Taurus which happens to be the house of education for Russia, being the 4th house from Aquarius. This Taurus is hemmed on both sides by Mars (violence) and Amavasya Yoga (Sun+Moon indicating New Moon or darkness). The day was exact New Moon, which is known to generate bad events.
At the time, the dasa running was Venus-Rahu-Venus. You can see very well that Rahu and Venus are in Taurus which is the house of education for Russia. The Hora was that of Venus. That was the reason why it happened over there.

Aquarius indicates Russia. In the natural zodiac, Aquarius is a western sign. Now, if you divide Russia into four parts, the first 7.5 degrees falls in the western region where Kazan is exactly located. You can also see Jupiter over there on the 5th degree. Jupiter is karaka for schools, teachers and education. That was why, again, this incident happened over there.
In short, this is another proof of the bad effects of New Moon day.
